Flow cytometry is a technology that is used to analyse the physical and chemical characteristics of particles in a fluid as it passes through at least one laser. Cell components are fluorescently labelled and then excited by the laser to emit light at varying wavelengths.

Our Team (Keesaco) worked on developing a web aplication on google app engine (to make it scalable) allowing one to manage and process flowcytometry datasets.
I was mainly in charge of the front end interface, including javascript, html5, css3 and other JS libraries.
The project is now released as Open Source and available on github
